went to CSP - a customer service course at tanglin... started from last thursday, and ended on this wednesday.. though was kinda reluctant to go initially, but still went! it's a good course, coz my lecturer was funny and interesting..
it's kinda tedious to walk from orchard mrt (ion) to tanglin shopping center.. and i got lost in the first day of the course and luckily i got a map wif me! and thru the 5 days course, there are lots of role play, group works, and team building stuffs.. and made some new frens from diff fields..
back at work on thursday, and was colleague jodie's handover time before she went on leave.. haiz.. when she's on leave, everything seems to be complicated.. coz was stuck wif shipments to overseas, and nt sure whether to proceed.. but managed to get it solved before going home..
