finally the troublesome thing has ended.. actually the troublesome thing ended of wednesday, and thanks to robin's temp, angelina for wrapping up everything, filing everything into the arch file and that closes most of the things.. just left will some survey from our side, which my sales men had helped me wif it.. thanks to my fellow sales colleague for their help for the few surveys! and things for my side closes, and nth had to do wif me le.. finally!
colleague jodie went for course on tues, wed, thurs, and supposed to return today, but was on MC.. tonnes of things are for her, and the weird thing is, i m supposed to cover her, and still, there are papers stack on her desk.. there are some things which seems complicated, and jodie didnt teach me.. den the forwarder called me dunno how many times in a day to ask me to ask my accounts to pay money in order to get the goods cleared from custom.. er.. wasnt taught that, so called poor jodie today for many times for the procedures to get the accounts to pay money.. so finally things are done on my side, waiting for accounts to prepare payment.. felt guilty when calling colleague when she's on mc..
a very important stamp / chop went missing from last last week, and from last week our dept are searching high and low for the chop, and asked ard till the first question my sales men ask me when they saw me is "u found the chop?" just sent out an email today to my fellow department people, and my sales department.. hopefully someone will own up for the chop.. if nt my team will be dying very soon for losing the important chop.. arghhhh! if my fellow sales colleagues are reading my blog, pls search ur car.. maybe it really drop in ur car.. (that are really such cases for someone who forgotten abt the chop when it dropped in car and didnt bother to find it)...
