my sisters and bro-in-laws got me a pair of ear studs from lee hwa for my birthday present.. just started wearing it starting from my sis wedding day, which is last sunday, and took it to polish today.. coz it looks a lil' nt that shiny..
so went to the lee hwa after work! happily wanted to polish my studs, den asked the lady to help me polish, den after sometime, she came out and tell me the studs broke, into 2 pieces.. huh? wth? wear it once and broke when polishing?
the lady told me that it broke because i took it in and out for many times.. huh? please lo.. this is the first time that i am wearing my new ear studs.. and after taking to polish, u broke it for me, and say i took it in and out for many times? was angry upon hearing that.. was thinking does it mean before u sold it to me, u sold to someone else too? and that someone else pull in and out so many times, before trading-in? was this a "second-hand" ear stud? and also thinking that if the studs could break so easily, that means lee hwa jewellery quality isn't that good afterall..
that lady told her colleague abt this, and her colleague asked her to pass me service order so she could send that ear studs to factory to repair.. arghhh.. okay la.. at least she sent that PAIR of ear studs to repair, and nt send only the broken one..
