同事 aileen 启发我写 'compo'.. 她说我们应该写email 把我们的心声说出来。。。因为我告诉她最近有很好几个同样 vendor 的问题。。。 都是vendor's 的 invoice amount 跟我们的 sales men 所提出的 amount 不一样。。。。so, 问起就出现了。。。the problem involves the store, and the accounts... due to this problem, the storemen keep looking for me every day! just because of the amount that does not tally... aileen 还说因为在一些 meetings 的时候, 老板问我们 if there are any problems encountered, 我们可能都会想不起有什么问题。。。 so, since there are some problems arising all at the same time, just grab the chance say list out the problems.. so, i wrote a super long email, that took me about 3 hours.. yupz, 3 full hour, after lunch... i was fully concentrated in listing the problems that arose, and what we encountered.. and after 3 hours, i asked aileen to check, then after aileen check, she say ask auntie joyce to check.. and we accumulated the best lanuguage, content and wad we wanna say... and this morning, i sent the email... even jodie ask commented that the email is super long..
but being such an email, how many will read till the very last word? unless that person is super free... sent to the sales person, the sales boss, our boss, our dept people, and the store... seems like that sales boss didn't take a serious look at the email, coz he replied within 10mins, and in his email, he pushed the blames to his sales person.. and his sales person, replied saying that she told her boss that there will be such a day where we have to amend our PO to match theirs...
my boss sent an encouraging email, to me, and my dept people, saying i done well! and i must have spent quite an effort doing up this email.. she also say maybe there are more problems arising due to this email that i send, but dun be dishearten... just some compliments! :) this brights up the rest of my day.. coz at least someone knows my effort ;)
so afraid that the email might cause some unhappiness or more problems, especially from sales person, WLH (this sales person screams at jodie most of the time)... and therefore, due to amendment of the PO, i gotta stay behind, and settle the stuffs, before sending email to the accounts to inform them abt the amendments to be made, and have to 'open date' in the system... and realised that our sales people are really 被 vendor 牵着鼻子走 lo... coz wadever they deliver, we just pay.. but there are some items with 0 values but are not delivered.. so, problem again.. so, instead of leaving at abt 6(as usual), gotta stay longer to settle the scores... sian! ya, but after stay for quite some time, there wasn't any solution.. coz the sales are still talking to vendor... so, decided to go home.. left wif aileen.. upon boarding the bus, realised that i lost my bracelet... therefore, walked back to the office to look for it.. i really got no idea where did i dropped it.. when all the way back to the office, but still can't find... so, go home lo... den WLH called me... she asked some PO related stuff, but heng ar! didn't get scolding... she's a scary women, who treats guys well, and not that friendly to the females.. so, whenever that is anything wrong wif her PO or ant related stuff, i will choose nt to ask her, but just ask her 'assistant' terence.. tot the email will offend her, but luckily the way that she talked to me is still friendly.. reached home only at 8, so tired... so sleepy.. but bored.. so blogged about the day...
